She far exceeded our expectations, we couldnt be happier that we ended up going with her, and highly recommended her to anyone looking for a realtor. We did a lot of research upfront and tried out two other realtors before we, by chance, met Shelby at an open house, where we instantly noticed the difference between a good realtor and a fast-talking salesman, which the prior 2 we worked with seemed to be. After talking to her for about 10 minutes, my wife and I both agreed we need to call her and ask her to be our realtor. She was very professional and informative with a very relatable, down-to-earth personality, and the best part she was not pushy at all. She just laid out a lot of info to think about in the home buying process being sure to let us know to think about cdd and extra fees that will cause your monthly payments to rise which I really liked, gave a sense that she cared and listened to your needs rather than just trying to make a sale at the highest price for the best commission. She was very responsive and proactive in finding us the perfect house. Any questions I had were answered usually instantly, and once I laid out exactly what we were looking for, she took it upon herself to crunch the numbers and give us a pretty exact price point that would fit what we could afford a month. She found houses for us that fit our price, wants, and needs, and set us up for showings weekly. Was impressed at the attention to detail and organization she put into preparing to write the contract for our house. It was a little out of our original price range, but she was able to draft up an offer that met all our needs. Making sure it was in the monthly payment amount and also getting our closing costs paid, which was important to us. It seemed impossible for the house we bought, but she was able to negotiate everything for us, getting us exactly what we wanted. We were very happy. After the offer was accepted, she set up all the inspections needed, getting us very good prices on all services, and got them scheduled very quickly, which ended up allowing us to close early, saving us rent costs. She was sure to communicate frequently through the whole process, so we knew exactly what was going on the whole time, never felt in the dark about anything, or unsure. I actually even learned a lot about the process from her and feel very comfortable buying a home. In conclusion, we ended up in a beautiful home that at first glance seemed out of our monthly payment range, but with Shelby's experience and advice, we were able to get the house with all closing cost payed by the seller at a monthly payment that was well below our planned max. Also, was able to close early and start moving in before the expected date. We are both very happy we met Shelby and love the new house. We feel that without her, we would not have been able to navigate our way into this house, especially for the deal we got. Highly recommend her for any real estate needs, and really appreciate all her hard work to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Thank You Shelby!"
